Information you choose to share
Account creation collects an email address and a display name. Listing applications collect practice information, a private contact email, and professional evidence. Reviews collect a declared consultation date and service. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details in public biographies or reviews.
Public and private information
Only approved listing information and published reviews are public. Ownership claims, identity documents, review evidence, private email addresses, and moderation notes are restricted to their submitter and authorized administrators. Listing logos may be public. Evidence storage uses private buckets and access policies.
Cookies and analytics
Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Saved practices are stored locally in your browser. No advertising trackers are installed. Basic profile-view and contact counts may be recorded without names, email addresses, raw search terms, or IP addresses. A third-party analytics provider is disabled by default.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can request account and associated-data deletion from the dashboard, or use the contact page for access and correction requests. Deletion requests are reviewed by administrators; final deletion may depend on legitimate record-retention requirements. Deletion requests can include questions about retention and backup copies.
Service providers and international processing
Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services in its Mumbai region. The website host processes requests to serve the directory. When you follow a listing link, the provider’s separate privacy policy applies. Contact us with questions about these services.
