Who can leave a review
You must sign in and declare that you had the consultation. Each review records the service and consultation date. Duplicate reviews for the same user, practitioner, and consultation date are blocked. Optional supporting evidence is private to the reviewer and authorized moderators.
What we publish
We look for specific descriptions of communication, session structure, professionalism, and your experience. A low rating is not a reason for removal. Reviews are moderated before publication; they can be published, rejected, or flagged for further investigation.
What we do not publish
We reject impersonation, purchased or incentivized endorsements without disclosure, threats, hate, unrelated promotion, personal contact details, and material that exposes another person’s private information. Reviews should not make unsupported allegations about criminal conduct.
Responses, reports, and appeals
Listing owners may respond to published reviews. Responses are subject to the same content standards and can be reported. Users may report a review from its profile. Moderators record decisions and reasons in an audit log. Contact the team to request reconsideration.
